How does delivery work?
Easy Fizz offers convenient, hand-delivered CO₂ canister exchanges right to your home.
Simply place your order online and choose your preferred delivery date during checkout. On your delivery day, most customers simply leave their empty canisters outside (front porch, by the garage, side door, etc.) and we'll swap them for freshly filled ones. No need to be home!
If you'd rather meet us in person, that's perfectly fine too. Just let us know in the order notes.
When do you deliver?
We currently make deliveries on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday evenings, with most deliveries taking place between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
When you choose a delivery date during checkout, you're reserving a spot on that day's route. We build our routes based on the number and location of orders, so occasionally we may need to adjust your delivery date.
Whenever possible, we actually try to deliver earlier than the date you selected. If a future route is already full, we may move your order to the previous delivery day instead.
In some cases, if a route becomes too large or we don't have enough orders in a particular area, we may contact you to move your delivery to a different date. If that happens, we'll always reach out first.
Our delivery days typically remain open for new orders until 11:00 AM on the day of delivery, but popular routes may fill up sooner and be closed a day or more in advance.
If you're running low on CO₂, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure you get your preferred delivery date.
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer local hand delivery in two markets:
Twin Cities, Minnesota
We deliver within approximately a 30-mile radius of the Twin Cities.
Nashville, Tennessee
We deliver within approximately a 20-mile radius of Nashville.

Do you accept competitor CO₂ canisters?
Absolutely!
We'll exchange virtually any standard 14.5 oz (60L) CO₂ canister that's compatible with SodaStream® or other home sparkling water machines—including canisters from other refill companies and retailers.
Can I switch between Threaded and Quick Connect canisters?
Yes!
Want to switch from Threaded to Quick Connect? Or Quick Connect back to Threaded? No problem at all.
Need a combination of both? Simply leave a note during checkout letting us know exactly what you'd like, and we'll take care of the rest.
Will your refills work with my soda machine?
Yes!
Our refilled canisters work with virtually all popular at-home sparkling water machines, including SodaStream®, Aarke®, DrinkMate®, Ninja Thirsti®, and many other compatible systems.
We carry both Threaded (Blue) and Quick Connect (Pink) canisters. If you need to switch between styles—or need a mix of both—just leave us a note during checkout.
Do you refill other types of CO₂ tanks?
Not at this time.
We currently refill only standard 14.5 oz (60L) CO₂ canisters designed for SodaStream® and other compatible home sparkling water machines.
We do not refill paintball tanks, kegerator tanks, welding tanks, or larger CO₂ cylinders.
Will my delivery arrive at a specific time?
When you select a delivery day, you're reserving a spot on that day's route—not a specific delivery time.
The afternoon of your scheduled delivery, we build our routes and you'll automatically receive an email and/or text message with:

Our goal is to complete deliveries between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. During especially busy days or longer routes, deliveries may occasionally extend beyond 10:00 PM, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
What happens if I'm not home?
No problem!
Most of our customers aren't home during delivery. Simply leave your empty canisters in the location you specify (front porch, garage, side door, etc.), and we'll complete the exchange.
If you'd prefer to meet us in person, that's perfectly fine too.
What if I forget to leave my empty canisters outside?
It happens!
If you've ordered from Easy Fizz before, we'll typically do our best to complete your exchange if possible.
If it's your first order and your empty canisters aren't available, we'll most likely need to reschedule your delivery, since our service is based on exchanging canisters.
If you realize you forgot, just reach out to us—we'll always do our best to help.
Do I pay a deposit for canisters?
No!
Unlike some exchange programs, you own your canisters. When you're ready for more CO₂, simply place another order and exchange your empties for freshly filled canisters.
If you don't have enough empty canisters to exchange, we'll provide additional ones for $12 per missing canister, which is added to the cost of your selected refill package.
How long does a CO₂ canister last?
That depends on how often you use it!
Some customers go through a canister in just a few weeks, while others make one last for several months. The lifespan depends on how frequently you make sparkling water and how fizzy you like your drinks.
Is your CO₂ food grade?
Absolutely.
Every Easy Fizz refill is professionally filled using 100% food-grade CO₂, leak-tested, and inspected before it's delivered to your home.

Instead of driving to the store, waiting in line, and hoping they have canisters in stock, Easy Fizz delivers freshly filled canisters directly to your home and picks up your empties at the same time.
Most of our customers save both time and money while never having to worry about running out of CO₂.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No.
As long as your empty canisters are left in the location you specify, we'll complete the exchange even if you're away from home.
If you'd rather meet us in person, that's perfectly fine too.
How much does an Easy Fizz refill cost?
Our refill packages start as low as $9.99 per canister when purchasing one of our larger exchange packages.
The more canisters you exchange at one time, the lower your cost per refill.
